Caitlyn exclusively devotes her practice to the area of Family Law, having zealously and successfully represented hundreds of clients in various domestic cases over the years. Caitlyn has experience with a variety of domestic matters including divorce, post-divorce modification and enforcement, child support and alimony, paternity and legitimization, pre/post-nuptial agreements, separate maintenance, contempt actions, family violence/temporary protective orders, actions to set aside divorce decrees, and appeals. As a product of divorce and a “Parenting Plan” herself, Caitlyn draws on unique experiences and insight to find creative solutions for divorcing families in crisis. In each and every case, Caitlyn sincerely dedicates herself to understanding and achieving the client’s goals. From beginning to end, Caitlyn keeps a constant focus on finding solutions for her clients, their families, and their finances as quickly, cost-effectively, and amicably as possible.

In addition to being a natural-born litigator, Caitlyn has years of experience in the courtroom, having handled countless proceedings over the years including motions hearings, status conferences, temporary hearings, emergency hearings, bench trials and several jury trials, Caitlyn has advanced skills in litigating complex divorce cases, start to finish. From handling pre-suit negotiations, taking depositions, investigating facts, and managing discovery to delivering her final words in a closing argument, Caitlyn has proven to be a zealous and dedicated advocate from the time of her first consult to the filing of the final order.

Caitlyn also specializes in navigating complex financial issues in domestic cases, including those requiring the participation of a forensic accountant or other financial expert, Caitlyn has successfully litigated countless domestic/divorce cases requiring complex financial analyses such as business valuation, income analysis, and the pursuit of hidden assets.
